What if I don't need medication?
Your treatment plan is personalized. Not every patient with ADHD requires medication. Your psychiatrist will discuss all treatment options, including behavioral strategies, during your evaluation.
Can I get Adderall or Vyvanse through Riku Health?
Yes. Our licensed psychiatrist can prescribe Schedule II medications including amphetamine-based treatments when clinically appropriate. All prescriptions comply with applicable state and DEA telehealth regulations.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most patients can book an evaluation within the same week of signing up. After evaluation, prescription approval typically takes 1–3 business days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time through the patient portal.
What if I'm not diagnosed with ADHD?
If your evaluation does not result in an ADHD diagnosis, your psychiatrist will discuss other potential explanations for your symptoms and may recommend other care pathways.
